The City of Potwin is excited to announce that we will be implementing a new customer portal!
Our NEW customer portal allows customers to easily manage their utility accounts, monitor usage, view bills and enroll in Paperless, Autopay or Text to Pay. We are so excited to introduce our new bill payment system! Nexbillpay offers many of the incredible features ou residents have been asking for: ACH, autopay, pay by phone or text. You can also opt into paperless billing, which will do away with the montly bill cards. This is going to be a change for all of us so please have patience as we work through any kinks.
